ichat ROOMS (Real-time Object Oriented Multimedia Server) enables the addition of real-time, web-integrated chat to existing web sites. With ROOMS a site can quickly add chat rooms to existing web pages, or make entirely new chat areas. By adding chat, a site creates a sense of community that, in turn, increases customer retention. Applications include online users groups, technical support, product marketing, entertainment, and the creation of "dynamic content".
