X-PLOR
is a macromolecular structure determination program that integrates NMR spectral and X-ray diffraction data with molecular mechanics, dynamics, and energy minimization, to aid in the solution of three-dimensional molecular structures. X-PLOR, developed in Axel Brunger's laboratory at Yale University, is considered by many researchers to be the leading software for structure determination and is currently used in over 400 laboratories worldwide.
